We usually answer within one business day. Tell us your business name and what you were trying to do; a screenshot helps.
How do I sign in and get approved?
Open app.swiftservepro.com or the Swift Serve app on your iPhone or iPad. Choose “Continue with Google,” “Sign in with Apple,” or “Sign in with email” (we email you an 8-digit code).
Only people a business has added can sign in. The first time you sign in, you may see a “waiting for approval” page until the business owner approves you in Settings → Team & access → Logins. Ask the owner to add you on the Team list with the email you sign in with. Starting a new business? Use the invite link we sent you.
Where is the how-to guide?
Inside the app: open the menu (☰ on a phone, More ▾ on a computer) and tap How-to guide. Or tap the blue + and choose “Ask how to…” to type a question in your own words.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → This phone → Delete my account (field techs: it’s on your profile page in Settings). The app tells you exactly what will happen; type DELETE to confirm.
If you’re the only owner of a business, the business closes too, and all of its data is permanently erased 30 days later. Changed your mind before then? Email support@swiftservepro.com.
My texts aren’t being delivered
Owners: open Settings → Phone, email & payments → Texting. Check that your texting number shows as connected, then tap Test — it tells you in plain words what’s wrong, if anything.
A new texting number has to be registered with the phone carriers before texts deliver reliably, and that can take some days. A customer who replied STOP gets no more texts until they reply START. A text that didn’t go through shows “Didn’t deliver” in the Inbox, with a button to send it again.
Still stuck? Email us the customer’s number and roughly when you sent the text.
I’m a customer of a business that uses this app
For questions about your service, a bill or a message, please contact that business directly — it manages its own customer records. To stop texts from a business, reply STOP to any of its messages.
